All pets must be approved – not allowed on furniture or beds, please supply bedding or kennel for pets dogs only no cats.
Smoking allowed outdoors only. No butts in forest, use ashtray
Outdoor seating and table are provided in Storage room, put back after use.
BBQ is a pellet type. It must be put back in storage room after each use.
House Manual will be emailed giving WiFi codes, usage of thermostats, stereo, TVs

Cleaning fee does not cover damages. We receive none of the Airbnb fee or the house cleaning fee.
House details and entry codes will be email two days before arrival.

No smoking or vaping in doors – fee will apply for cleaning
Towels only used for bathing DO NOT USE for cleaning. There are cleaning towels in the laundry room.
Douglas County Rules
Douglas County VHR Permit # DSTR1255P
Maximum 9 guests. This is a county-wide limit for all VHRs. The sheriffs can count and evict.
Automobile info form put in each vehicle, forms are in the kitchen island drawer
The renter is responsible for every member of the group, including teens and children.
Minimum age for guest renting property is 25
Per Douglas County: All parking must be on property, not on streets.
Please park in the driveway or adjacent gravel. It has plenty of room for multiple vehicles.
Driveway is cleared by snow plows in the winter.
Do not remove snow shovels. The snow removal service needs them.
Per Douglas County, we are restricted to 9 guests only, if violated fees will apply.
If any of these rules are violated or the neighbors complain
or the police are called fees will apply.

Leave no trash or food on the deck. Lock it in the storage room.
No fires. None. The forest will catch fire and burn all the houses and trees and animals.
Sounds carry in the forest, be respectful, neighbors hear everything.
